About Us

Founded by Kevin Morris in 2022, Atlas Rd brings nearly 10 years of experience in capital raising to its client base. Prior to founding Atlas Rd, Kevin worked for the following companies, where, among other things, he lead their equity crowdfunding efforts:

What is Equity Crowdfunding?

The 2012 Federal JOBS (Jumpstart Our Business Startups) Act opened the doors for equity crowdfunding in the United States. This allows companies of all sizes, whether early stage start-ups or more mature companies, to raise money from the public through three exemptions:

Regulation A+

Raise up to $75mm from the general public

Regulation CF

Raise up to $5mm from the general public

Regulation D Rule 506c

Raise an unlimited amount from accredited investors
